Feeds

This month we have added additional support for Foreign Trade Data for all supported exchanges as well as Term Deposits for some of the following feeds:

• Netwealth platform feed has been enhanced to support Foreign Trade Data as well as Term Deposits. To avoid any duplication where transactions for these may have been added manually, we have set a ‘Do Not Load Before Date’ to 13th October 2023, but you can remove this if not required.
• Shaw and Partners broker feed has been enhanced to support Foreign Trade Data.  Trade data will be available for trades dated from 13 June 2023 onwards.  
• Praemium, including Blackrock and Power Wrap platform feed will be updated from 30th October 2023 to support Foreign Trade Data.  

Smarter Automatching 

• We have expanded our support for smarter matching to the Netwealth data feed.  Where Netwealth includes a ‘linked id’ in their data feed to link a cash deposit or a withdrawal to a specific buy, sell or income event, these events will be automatically matched, further increasing the number of transactions that are reconciled while you sleep! Class + Cloudoffis update

We are excited to announce that significant enhancements have been made to the Class + Cloudoffis workpapers solution. The following features are now live for new customers:

• Track your Audits with the all-new Audit Console to track the status of your funds, access a detailed fund level view, and easily switch between different Class businesses.
• Submit your Audits in one click, manage your queries in bulk, and connect with multiple auditors including those that don’t use Cloudoffis.
• Automate your workpapers, by syncing docs directly with the Class Document Management System (DMS), including Document Tags, and ability to save your completed workpapers in the Class DMS. 

For existing customers, we are moving you soon to the new and enhanced integration, and we will be in touch with you directly. We expect the above functionality to be available to all existing users within the next few weeks. You can access more information on the new and improved workpapers here.

Bug Fixes & Other Updates

• An issue that prevented the loading of HUB24 tax statement data for some clients has been resolved.  Tax statement  data will now be loaded automatically when available from the feed provider.
• We have resolved the Report Package export output and it will now export as one single zipped file.
• To keep track of available tax statements in Tax Statement Console, you can check for regular updates in Tax Statement pages for 2023 Financial Year page. 
• We have added support for 50 Corporate Actions this month. You can find details here
