Contribution Cap screen

• We’ve removed the select button for Financial Year in the Contribution Cap screen so that the year will update when selected, preventing confusion and possible errors when reviewing information
• We’ve also added each member’s Total Superannuation Balance as at the previous 30 June along with a link for quick access to update this balance. You can review the Contribution Caps screen here

DocuSign Two Factor Authentication

• We’ve enabled optional Two Factor Authentication setting in DocuSign, which can be enable for each signer when configuring the envelope for signing, to provide enhanced security

RP Data Cotality Automated Valuations

• We’ve updated the confidence level ranges that display on screen in Class when requesting Automated Valuations through RP Data Cotality to reflect those in the PDF valuation. You can refer to the user guide page here for the new confidence level ranges which are based on the Forecast Standard Deviation (FSD)
• We’ve also improved the error message to make it clearer when an automated valuation is not available from RP Data Cotality, you can find more details about why automated valuations may be unavailable here

Adviser Fees GST status

• We’ve updated the default GST category for Adviser Fees at the Class community level based on a recently published ATO position on this topic. Previously this was set to Reduced Input Tax Credit (RITC), it will now default to Non-Creditable Acquisition. You can find more information here

Data Feed Rejection Reasons

• We’ve added additional reasons for why data feed activations are rejected by a data feed provider to help you resolve issues with data feed activations faster. You will find these additional reasons visible in the dropdown when a data feed status shows as ‘Rejected’

Listed Investment Company (LIC) Deductions

• We’ve created new user guide articles to help you track LIC deductions for securities by financial year including details of estimated deduction for each unit of security you can find details in the summary page here
• The LIC deduction information is not available via the data feed but Class has created a page for Financial Year 2023 and Financial Year 2024 and will keep the current financial year user guide page updated monthly moving forward
