Share Registry Connection

• Computershare now supported – We've added support for Computershare, the connection will be setup automatically where another share registry has previously been connected. For more details on how to establish a new connection refer to the user guide here.
• Additional holdings supported - We’ve added support for new holding types for Broker and Issuer Sponsor shares including those beginning with C & N with 9,10 & 11 digits.

Direct-Connect Document Feeds

• Macquarie CMA documents supported – We’ve expanded our document feed adding support for Macquarie CMA documents, where a data feed is setup. Tagged documents are securely stored in the Class DMS. For more information, please refer to the knowledge base article here.

Bug Fixes

• SuperStream Messages: Resolved an issue where duplicate messages caused some Release Authorities and Rollovers to fail. Support had manually addressed historical issues so no further actions are required.
• Complying & Flexi Pension ECPI treatment: Will now apply the correct ECPI method (unsegregated) for Complying and Flexi pensions from 1 July 2021.
• Xero SMSF Tax Return export: Fixed an issue ensuring Xero now exports all securities in the Trust Income Schedule for SMSFs.
• AMIT proportionate allocation: Addressed a bug where AMIT was not proportionally allocated to all parcels in some situations. More information can be found in the Knowledge Base here.
• Trust Tax Return updates:
  • Capital losses will now be correctly displayed in the Statement of Distribution and other tax reports.
  • Fixed issues with FY22 and FY23 carried-forward losses not showing in the Losses Schedule.
  • Resolved a Trust validation error that was preventing lodgments due to incorrect data mapping.
  • Affected trusts will need to roll back Tax Finalisation to resolve any of the above changes.

 Data feeds

• HUB24 data feed - We've resolved an issue that caused some of the feeds to stop working because of Hub24 adviser credentials becoming disabled due to a timeout error.
• Statton Partners - A new product has been created to setup this feed which used to be part of Bell Direct, details here.

• We’ve update the LIC deductions user guide page for FY2024 and created a new page for FY2025. These pages help you keep track of which securities may need LIC deductions to be manually recorded for certain securities.
