Issue

When sending out Business Activity Statements (BAS) via docusign in Class for signing, the numbers don't appear and the BAS form is blank. 

Cause

Class uses the ATO BAS pdfs which are not compatible in docusign and currently the form does not  populate the information correctly. 

Resolution

Print the form first and save as PDF, this will ensure the pre-filled values are retained on the form. Send the Electronic Lodgment Declaration for signing and attach the saved PDF of the BAS. You can then still send for signature and the form will appear with the information displayed correctly. The steps are outlined below:

Navigate to the Fund Level > Periodic Processing > Browse Activity Statements

1. Select the Business Activity Statement to send for signing
   
   
2. Click the Print button
3. Untick Print sbr declaration form
   
   
4. Ensure you save as PDF
   
   
5. Click the Send for signature 
6. Untick include activity statement
   
   
7. Upload the PDF file saved in Step 4
   
   The envelope will now include the ELD which should be pre-tagged with signers if correctly pre-configured as well as the BAS with pre-filled information. You can preview before sending the envelope.
