Issue

When I try to "get list" from ATO I receive the error message:

Access to the Activity Statement is unavailable. Contact the ATO.

Resolution

To resolve this issue you will need to check the fund establishment date.

For funds established after December 2014

Navigate to Fund Level > Fund > Fund Details

1. Click "Edit"
2. Enter Account Sequence Number - usually 004. You can check the pre-filled Activity Statement form for confirmation.
   

For funds established prior to December 2014

An account Sequence Number is only required for funds established post December 2014.

Navigate to Fund Level > Fund > Fund Details

1. Click on "Edit"
2. Remove the Account Sequence number
