How to connect Share Registry date feed if the product doesn’t exist?

Resolution

A product called ‘Other – Broker Sponsored’ can be used from the list of Broker products.

Navigating to Fund Level > Feeds > New broker data feed 

1. Enter the Display Name
2. Enter the Account Name 
3. Select ‘Other – Broker Sponsored
4. Enter the Account Number
5. Enter the HIN
6. Link the relevant holding accounts
7. Save

Navigating to Fund Level > Feeds > Connect share registries

1. Check the post code
2. Check the HIN
3. Click Connect
