Configuration Process
Navigate to Fund Level > Feeds > Feeds Console > + New > New Broker/Platform Feed
- Enter the account information as per the statement:

Product Set to "CFS First Choice"
CFS First Choice
- Ensure that you link existing holding accounts relating to this account under the Holding Accounts section by ticking each checkbox.
If all the relevant holding accounts are not linked, the system will create new investment accounts, which could cause duplication of investment accounts, that can be challenging to correct.
Online Authority Process
- The account holder or adviser should log into the Firstnet investor portal and activate the data feed for Class by referring to CFC Activation.
- Click the "Verify" button and click "Yes" to the statement "I verify that our business is authorised to receive the data from this account." The status of the feed will then change to "Waiting on provider".
Note: The data is expected to start loading automatically within 3 business days.
