After BT migration, your BSB and account number might have changed. You may need to update your BSB and account number if it has changed (especially for default account).
There are 2 options available to update the BSB and account number:
Option 1: Update the BSB and account number in Browse Holding accounts
Navigate to Fund Level > Investments > Browse Holding Accounts
- Click on the account to be updated
- Click on the Details tab
- Click Edit
- Update the BSB and account number
- Click Save and Close
Option 2: Bank account treated as a separate account
Navigate to Fund Level > Feeds > Feeds Console
- Click on the BT Panorama feed
- Unlink the existing bank account
- Set it to manually imported
Navigate to Fund Level > Transactions > Browse Bank Statements
- Delete the transaction (Your Wrap Transaction Account Balance (including income)has been withdrawn from your account in Wrap and deposited into a new BT Cash management account.
- Delete all transactions after "Migration to Panorama Transfer"
Do not delete "Migration to Panorama Transfer"
Navigate to Fund Level > Investments > New Holding Account > Bank Account
- Create a new bank account
- Link the new account to the BT Panorama feed
