Overview
As part of our existing integration with NowInfinity, the executed establishment documents will be loaded and tagged into Class’ Document Management System when a newly established SMSF or Trust entity is pushed to Class.
Navigate to Fund Level > Fund > Fund Document.

The Document Description provided above applies to electronically signed documents. If the documents are signed with wet signatures, the description may differ depending on the file name when uploading it back into NowInfinity.
For document date, electronic signed documents use the date the envelope is completed, which is when the final signer has signed. For wet signed documents the document date is the date the document was uploaded into NowInfinity. If the document has been pushed to Class before signing, the document date will be the created date.
Criteria for Receiving Documents
The pre-requisites for an entity receiving document from NowInfinity
1. The entity was established using NowInfinity
2. The entity was created on Class from NowInfinity’s collaboration screen
3. The entity is an SMSF or a Trust
4. The establishment documents have been executed
5. The entity is active on Class
Documents should appear on the Class DMS within a few minutes once the document has been signed by all signers
What if the executed documents were voided on NowInfinity
In this event, the executed documents will not be automatically voided on Class and will need to be manually deleted.
