As part of our Direct Connect Document Feed, Class will load statements from HUB24 periodically in the Class Document Management System (DMS) where the relevant data feed is active on the document load date.
The latest documents were uploaded for HUB24 for the period 1/01/2026-31/03/2026.
Navigate to Fund Level > Fund > Fund Document
Statements will be available in the DMS tagged and with a document date.

Criteria for loading HUB24 Documents
The pre-requisites for an entity receiving the latest batch of HUB24 Documents:
- The entity is currently active
- The selected product is HUB24
- Feed is currently active at the time of loading documents
- An active HUB24 account was established two months prior to quarter ending
- The feed cannot be:
- suspended
- closed
- have demo status
- have an in-effect Do Not Load date as of date of document load
- The account number is unique across your business and not found in a different eligible fund
- Business must be included in the current billing cycle
Existing Accounts
HUB24 accounts in the below category can have documents generated by HUB24 and sent to Class:
- Open
HUB24 accounts in the below category cannot have documents generated by HUB24 and sent to Class, even if the feed is active:
- E-TRADE Accounts (including open accounts)
- Closed Accounts
- Frozen Accounts
