Overview
Statements are loaded from Automic, monthly, to the Class Document Management System (DMS).
An active share registry connection for the relevant HIN or SRN holding(s) is required to be established before the document load date.
Documents will begin loading on the 21st of each month and will include documents from the previous month. At this stage, historical documents are not available. The first documents are dated 20th Aug 2025 onwards.
Navigate to Fund Level > Fund > Fund Document
Statements will be available in the DMS, tagged and with a document date.

Criteria for loading Automic Documents
The pre-requisites for an entity receiving the latest batch of Automic Documents:
- The registry is connected.
- The entity is currently active with an on-system date prior to the 20th of each month.
- The fund cannot be:
- suspended
- closed
- have demo status
- have an in-effect Do Not Load date as of date of document load (i.e. DNL date of 20/9/2025 would not eligible)
- Business must be included in the current billing cycle
