Overview
Kloud Connect is a practice management platform with the ability to streamline operations based on consolidated entity data. Kloud Connect helps enhance productivity through enabling users to update client records and synchronize job tasks and save generated documents directly to Kloud Connect.
Integration
This integration allows for the following:
- All fund entities created on Class business can be imported to Kloud Connect.
- Changes to fund details made within Class will update in Kloud Connect.
How to establish the integration
Navigate to Kloud Connect application and login with your Kloud Connect credentials.
To configure the integration from Kloud Connect, navigate to the Settings > Connections. Click “Create”. Select Class from the Create Connection selection.
Enter a preferred name for the connection, and select the division(s) to which the connection relates, then click Create. The Class integration tile will now be displayed.
To establish the connection, click “Connect” on the NowInfinity tile. You will be asked to enter your NowInfinity login credentials to connect your account (if not already logged in).
Granting access to the Kloud Connect application - scopes
You will be asked to grant permission to your Class data. Grant access to your Class data by ensuring that all three permission checkboxes are ticked. Click “Yes, Allow”.
Revoking access from the Kloud Connect application
To revoke access, click the “Disconnect” button on the Class integration tile from Kloud Connect’s Settings > Connections page.
