In this article, you will learn how to set up a brand new fund in Class via using the New Fund Wizard functionality.

Only use this function when adding new fund details. To enter the fund's opening balances, please refer to Excel Fund Loader Introduction

Navigate to Business Level > Business > New fund wizard

1. Select a Brand
2. Select "Click Here"
   
   
   
3. Enter/Create Fund Code
4. Enter Name of the fund
5. Select the Type of trustee structure (Default is Individual Trustees)
6. Select if All trustees are also members (Default is yes)
7. Select if the fund is registered for GST (Default is Not Registered)
8. Click Next
   
   
   
   
9. Click Next
   
   
   
   
10. Enter Title (Member 1)
11. Enter First Name (Member 1)
12. Enter Family Name (Member 1)
13. Enter Date of Birth (Member 1)
14. Enter Joined Fund Date (Member 1)
15. Click Next ( If there are 2 members repeat these steps for Member 2's details)
    
    
    
    
16. Enter Trustee Name
17. Enter Deed Establishment Date
18. Select Jurisdiction from drop-down menu
19. Click Send
    
    
    
    
20. You will get the following message once successfully:
    
    
    
21. The new fund will then appear in the fund list at Business Level.
