In this article, you will learn how to transfer or move a Class entity from one class business (outgoing administrator) to another Class business (new administrator). The video below shows you the process of both exporting the report and reimporting it into Class.
We have separated this article into two processes

You need to ensure a "Period update" has been run for the latest financial year, you can generate the Fund Transfer Data two ways:

Navigate to Fund Level > Reports > Run a Report
- Search Fund Transfer Data and select
- Select the Completed Year (this will be the last year you completed on Class and have lodged an annual return for)
- Click Run (This will then extract all data to a ZIP file which can then be sent to the new Administrator. Repeat this process for each fund you want to transfer)
Multiple funds at a time
Navigate to Business Level > Reports > Maintain Report Packages
- Click New (to create a New report pack)
- Selecting the required Data Range
- Select Output Type as Individual Selected Reports
