Issue

The member passed away during the financial year, however, the financial report does not show "The Late" as the title to this member. How do I resolve this issue?

Resolution

Navigate to Fund Level > Members > Browse Members

1. Click on the deceased member
2. From the pop-up screen, update the Title
3. Enter the Date of Death
4. Remove the member's role of corporate trustee, director or individual trustee.

It is unnecessary to enter the member leave fund date as this is for a member who voluntarily leaves the fund and takes money out with him/her. 

Make sure Tax Return has been finalised before updating the title to avoid validation errors.
