How do I review a member's historical transactions?
Resolution
There are three channels to see a member account's historical transactions:
1. Account Postings
Navigate to Fund Level > Reports > Account Postings
- Enter the relevant Date Range
- Click on Apply
- Scroll down to the Member Entitlement Section
- A list of member account transactions will display in a new screen
2. Member Transaction Detail Report
Navigate to Fund Level > Reports > Run Report
- Select Member Transaction Detail Report
- Enter the Start Date and End Date
- Click on Run or Preview
This report provides historical member transactions as well as the preservation and tax components.
3. Statement of Financial Position
Navigate to Fund Level > Reports > Statement of Financial Position
- Enter the Date Range
- Click on Apply
- Scroll down to the Member Entitlement section
- Click on to the right of the member account
