How to import the comparatives of the Operating Statement for the prior year for a first year entity on Class?

Resolution

Option 1: Using Excel Fund Loader

When you load the fund to Class by using Excel Fund Loader, you can import the comparatives of the Operating Statement for the prior financial year.

For detailed instructions refer to our User Guide on Prior Year Operating Statement (OS).

Option 2: Enter via Load Opening Balances Screen

You can also enter the information in Class once the fund has been loaded

Navigate to Fund level > Fund > Load Opening Balances

1. Click on "Prior Year Operating Statement" tab
2. Complete the figures
3. Click on Save
