Query

I have a fund that was previously receiving data via a data feed. There are no transactions flowing through after a certain date eg, 15/02/2019.

Cause

There are two possible causes for this issue:

1. a date has been entered in the Do Not Load Data After field for the feed
2. a date has been entered in the Fund End Date field in the Fund Details 

Solution

To resolve this issue you need to remove either the:

• Do No Load Data After date, or
• Fund End Date

Remove the Do Not Load Data After Date

Navigate to Fund Level > Feeds > Feeds Console

1. Click on the relevant feed  
2. Delete the date in the Do Not Load Data After field

Remove the Fund End Date

Navigate to Fund Level > Fund > Fund Details

1. Click Edit
2. Remove the date from the Fund End Date field
3. Click "Save"
