How do I add an Individual Trustee for a trust?

Answer

After adding beneficiaries you can add an Individual Trustee. Below are the steps for adding an Individual Trustee if they are:

1. an existing beneficiary
2. a new person (not an existing beneficiary)

Existing beneficiary and also an Individual Trustee

Navigate to Trust/Fund level > Fund >Fund Structure

1. Click on Beneficiary Name
   
   
2. Click on Roles
3. Click on + Add Role
4. Click on Trustee (Individual)
5. Click on Save
6. Go back to the Fund Structure screen
7. Click on Make Trustee

This will add the person to the List of Trustees section, from here you can Assign this person as Chair Person or remove them as Trustee

Repeat the above steps for other Beneficiaries if needed.

If this is a corporate trustee, select Director at step 3

Create a new person as Individual Trustee
