Issue

When generating Class reports, my logo doesn't fit and creates a blank second page..

Cause

This occurs because the report logo in the report report header doesn't meet the recommended dimensions for reporting, which are size 220x67 JPEG.

Resolution

• Check which white label the entity is linked to
• Download the reporting Logo and check the size
• If the Logo is too big you can upload a new logo that adheres to the 220x67 size requirement.

Option 1

• Upload the following Class logo to the reporting white label with the correct dimensions

Option 2

You can resize an image in a picture editing app e.g. Paint

1. Open the logo in paint and select resize 
2. select pixels
3. Update vertical to 67
4. Select maintain aspect ratio
5. ok
6. save this file

Open a new screen of your Paint application without selecting the logo

1. select resize 
2. select pixels
3. type 220 in Horizontal and 67 in Vertical
4. untick box of Maintain aspect ratio 
5. ok

You can now:

1.  paste the previously resized logo 
2. adjust the location
3. save file as Jpeg
