When generating an amendment TBAR file, what documents are included?

Explanation

The below files should be lodged for an amendment to a TBAR event:

• the Cancel file (which is to cancel the previously lodged record)
• the new TBAR record

Example: Pension Commutation event

If the Pension commutation event has been deleted, Class will automatically create the TBAR Cancel Record. 

When a new Pension Commutation event is processed, Class will create a new TBAR record.

You may choose to generate one TBAR file for both records or generate separate files for each record. The ATO system is able to handle both options correctly.
