Automated Data Feed Authority Forms

For bulk generation of data feed authority forms. The Automated Data Feed Authority Forms report can be run for one or more funds to produce the relevant Feed Authorities pre-filled with client details ready to send for signing.

 In order to generate the authority forms, each bank, broker or wrap account in the fund must have been set up correctly.

1. Select the desired Output Format using the radio button
2. Pre-filled text which shows when the last period update was run

Cover Letter

An editable cover letter that allows users to create their own text based report. Runs for a specified start and end date.

1. Select the desired Output Format using the radio button
2. pLast Period Update End Date pre-filled text which shows when the last period update was run
3. Date of Letter enter the date that will reflect in the letter
4. Note enables users to customise page
5. Enter the Start Date of the report
6. Enter the End Date of the report
7. Report Header Selecting 'Yes' will turn on the report header logo

Cover Page 

The cover page allows users to create a customised cover page for inclusion in report packages. Runs for a specified start and end date.

1. Select the desired Output Format using the radio button
2. Last Period Update End Date pre-filled text which shows when the last period update was run
3. Note Enables users to customise page
4. Enter the Start Date of the report
5. Enter the End Date of the report
6. Report Header selecting 'Yes' will turn on the report header logo

Fund Details Report

 This report lists details of the fund such as Trust deed information - fund start date, dates of any amendments, deed provider etc.

1. Select the desired Output Format using the radio button
2. Last Period Update End Date pre-filled text which shows when the last period update was run
3. Report Header selecting 'Yes' will turn on the report header logo
4. Draft Water Mark selecting 'Yes' will turn on a draft watermark on each page.
5. Report Footer option to either display both a page footer with date and time stamp, page numbers only or leave blank

Fund Transfer Data

This report is for administrators that wish to move a fund from one business to another. Select the relevant financial year and the run the report. This report creates a ZIP file containing the Fund Loader and the Excel Transaction Loader. 

1. Select the desired Output Format using the radio button. The default should not be changed for this report.
2. Last Period Update End Date pre-filled text which shows when the last period update was run.
3. Closing Balance For Period select the desired period covered for this report

General Minute / Letter

 An editable Cover Letter that allows users to create their own text based report. Runs for a specified start and end date.

1. Select the desired Output Format using the radio button
2. Last Period Update pPre-filled text which shows when the last period update was run
3. Address to is the Person who minute is for. Select from the drop-down either Accountant, Administrator, Advisor, Auditor, Tax Agent or Trustees.
4. Signatures  is for who will be signing the minute. Select from the drop-down either Accountant, Administrator, All Trustees, Chair Only or Tax Agent.
5. Note enables users to customise page
6. Enter the Start Date of the report
7. Enter the End Date of the report
8. Report Header selecting 'Yes' will turn on the report header logo
9. Draft Watermark selecting 'Yes' will turn on a draft watermark on each page.
10. Page Footer / Note option to either display both a page footer with date and time stamp, page numbers only or leave blank

SuperStream ESA Notification

Generates a letter from the Fund accountant to the fund chairperson with information about Superstream and the suggested SMSF Dataflow electronic service address. Also includes a letter from the chairperson to an employer informing them of the electronic service address.

1. Select the desired Output Format using the radio button
2. Last Period Update End Date pre-filled text which shows when the last period update was run
3. Date of Letter enter the date that will reflect in the letter

5. Report Header selecting 'Yes' will turn on the report header logo
