How do I add a pension account for a member in Load Opening Balance?
When the fund was added to Class manually via New Fund or New Fund Wizard, the pension account is not available in Fund > Load Opening Balances.
Navigate to Fund Level > Members > Browse Members
- Click on Add a new pension account button
- From the pop-up screen, select the relevant member from the drop-down list
- Select the pension type
- Enter the Account Name
- Enter the Start Date (this date should be prior to the fund Book Closed Date)
- Click on Activate
Navigate to Fund Level > Fund > Load Opening Balance
- Click on Members tab
- Enter the relevant Preservation Components
- Enter the relevant ETP Components
- Click Submit button on the top left hand corner of the page
