How do I add a pension account for a member in Load Opening Balance? 

Cause

When the fund was added to Class manually via New Fund or New Fund Wizard, the pension account is not available in Fund > Load Opening Balances. 

Resolution

Navigate to Fund Level > Members > Browse Members

1. Click on Add a new pension account button
2. From the pop-up screen, select the relevant member from the drop-down list
3. Select the pension type 
4. Enter the Account Name
5. Enter the Start Date (this date should be prior to the fund Book Closed Date)
6. Click on Activate

Navigate to Fund Level > Fund > Load Opening Balance

1. Click on Members tab
2. Enter the relevant Preservation Components
3. Enter the relevant ETP Components
4. Click Submit button on the top left hand corner of the page
