Issue

When deleting a pension account, the below error message appears. How should I fix this?

• Cannot delete the account because it has active transactions
• You cannot delete this Pension Account because it has been Established by the Fund Opening Position

Resolution 

Refer to our knowledge article, How do I review historical member transactions? to track existing member transactions 

Delete these Business Events and you will then be able to delete the Pension account.
