Issue

There is no Capital Gain Event during the year, but the Annual Return shows "Yes" in Section B - Question 11.

Explanation

This article is for the following situations:

• Fund is using the Proportionate Method 
• Fund applies a CGT Relief event

Class will answer Yes to "Did you have a capital gains tax (CGT) event during the year?" and Yes to "Have you applied an exemption or rollover?"  X-Other exemptions and rollovers when a fund has either of the above scenarios.
