When trying to generate the Investment Income Comparison Report, the system keeps running and does not return the report as required.
This issue is usually caused by the fund holding too many active investment accounts (i.e. over 200). The system is unable to handle the data call.
In usual cases, most of these investments have 0 balances.
We are aware of the issue and our development team are currently working to resolve the root cause of the issue.
As a workaround, run the report quarterly.
