This page will guide you through the process of adding a new member to a fund.
Navigate to Fund Level > Members > Add New Member
Personal Details Tab
- Select the Title from the drop-down list
- Enter First Name
- Enter Middle Names, if applicable
- Enter Family Name
- Confirm Gender using the drop-down
- Enter Date Of Birth, using the following format DD/MM/YYYY
- Click Activate
- Click Save
Contact Details Tab
- Enter Email and member's Phone Number
- Optionally enter Address Details
- Click Save
Member Details Tab
- Enter Join Fund Date, the date the member joined the SMSF in the following date format DD/MM/YYYY
- Enter ESP Start Date (Eligible Service Date), using the following format DD/MM/YYYY
- Enter member's TFN
- Click Activate
