Issue

 I am unable to download Excel Loader from Business or Fund Transfer Data File and receiving the error message:

'xxxx_ExcelLoader.xls' cannot be accessed. The file may be corrupted, located on a server that is not responding, or read-only. 

Cause

The caching in the browsers is causing this issue.

Resolution

To resolve this issue:

1. Navigate to your browser settings
2. Clear cached files
3. Reopen the fund link 
4. Re-download the Fund Excel Loader - Navigate to Business Level > Excel Fund Loader or Navigate to Fund Level > Report > Run Reports > Fund Transfer Data File
5. Retry extracting and opening the ExcelLoader file.
