Request audit error: there was a problem transmitting your request to ASF Audits/SuperKnowHow. Please contact Class Support.

Issue

When clicking on 'Send to ASF Audits/SuperKnowHow' to send the audit request the following error message appears:

There was a problem transmitting your request to ASF Audits/SuperKnowHow. Please contact Class Support

Resolution

To use the one-click audit, the fund code needs to be registered with ASF audits or SuperKnowHow before you can send the audit request for the fund.

To register the fund, contact ASF Audits or SuperKnowHow and ask them to add your fund to their list. Once your fund has been added to their list you will be able to request the audit for this super fund.
