I have run the Fund Transfer Data Report, open Excel Loader and there is no data in the loaders. Why?

I received an Excel Loader from the previous accountant. When I open it, there is no data in the loaders. Why?

Cause

This usually happens when the Fund Transfer Data, a zip file, has not been saved to the local drive, the security is not unblocked and unzipped.

Resolution

1. Obtain the original Zipped file Fund Transfer Data
2. Ensure it is saved to your local drive 
3. Right-click on the File > Properties > Click Unblock in the Security section > Apply > Ok
   
4. Right-click on the Zip File > Choose "Extract All"
   
5. Choose the folder to store the unzipped file and click on Extract(You must unzip the data file you received before you attempt to open the excel loaders)
   
6. An unzipped folder with the same name will be created
7. Open the Unzipped folder
8. Open the Excel Loader within this folder.
9. Once the Excel is open, click "Enable Editing" and "Enable Macro". Data will start populating into the Excel Loader.
