The Acquisitions sheet is where you enter the history of the open parcels for all investments held at the load date, such as:

• Accounts under the Property Tab
• Accounts under the Custom Tab
• Accounts under the Term Deposits Tab
• Accounts under the Investments Tab

All pink fields are mandatory:

1. Enter the Account Code
2. Enter the Acquisition Date
3. Enter the Quantity
4. Enter the Book Cost
5. Enter a Description (If you leave it blank, the system will generate a default description for you)
