Issue

The fund is in 100% pension phase, however, income tax is still calculated by Class.

Cause

When a pension account is brought into the fund's opening balance, and a condition of release has not been specified, Class treats it as Transition To Retirement Income Stream (TRIS).

Resolution

Navigate to Fund Level > Members > Browse Members

1. Click on the pension account
2. Edit
3. View establishment details
4. Condition of release will show blank or Attaining preservation age.
5. Input the appropriate condition of release for a Pension account
6. Re-run the Period Update
