This page will guide you through initiating a member's rollover out of an SMSF to an external super fund including: 

• Rollover Out APRA Fund
• Rollover Out SMSF Fund

Navigate to Business Level > Transactions > Rollovers & Release Authorities and select Initiate Rollover Out

When you initiate a Rollover Out for a Full balance, a Period Update is required the day before. The initiate Rollover Out button will be disabled until a Period Update has been run the day prior.
For Partial balance Rollover Out, a Period Update is recommended for large Rollover Balance but not mandatory.

Rollover Out APRA Fund

1. Search for and select the relevant Class Fund
2. Select the required Member
3. Select APRA as the fund type for the external super fund
4. Enter the ABN of the external fund
5. Select the USI
6. Enter the Member ID 
7. Select Rollover Type
8. For Partial Rollover enter the Rollover Amount
9. If the Rollover is for a Death Benefit click the Death benefit rollover check box
10. For a Death Benefit Rollover: select the Death benefit recipient age
11. For a Death Benefit Rollover: click The beneficiary is entitled to concessionally taxed income, if applicable

Rollover Out SMSF Fund

1. Search for and select the relevant Class Fund
2. Select the required Member
3. Select SMSF as the fund type for the external super fund
4. Enter the ABN of the external fund
5. Enter the BSB for the SMSF bank account
6. Enter the Account Number for the SMSF bank account
7. Enter the Account Name for the SMSF bank account
8. Select the ESA for the SMSF
9. Select Rollover Type
10. If the Rollover is for a Death Benefit click the Death benefit rollover check box
