Overview
On 22 November 2022, Sky Network Television Limited (ASX: SKT) confirmed that it had implemented its capital return of approximately NZD 70 million to its shareholders.
As part of the capital return, 1 ordinary share for every 6 ordinary shares held was cancelled, with fractions rounded up or down to the nearest whole share (with 0.5 rounded up). Shareholders received NZD $2.40 (AUD $2.21) for every SKT share that was cancelled under the scheme.
How to process in Class
Navigate to Fund level > Investments > Browse corporate actions
- Click to 'Ignore' the 18/11/2022 SKT Consolidation
Navigate to Fund level > Transactions > Investment - Sell > Listed security disposal
- Dispose the cancelled SKT shares as of 22 November 2022 with the value of Capital Return received.
Navigate to Fund level > Transactions > Browse bank statements
- Select the Bank Account and process Cash In transaction as at the payment date of 29 November 2022
- Match off (2) and (3).
