System tags from Class are automatically embedded based on different document types. The system tags available in VMR are identical to Class available system tags. Users also have the option to delete any manually added system tags.

Example of Automatic Mapping:

1. Document Type: Tax Statement (automatically mapped to system tags called Staple Security Tax Statement and FYXX) extracted from document date.
   
   
2. Document Type: Dividend & Interest Statements (automatically mapped to system tags called Income, Dividend Statement, Listed and FYXX) extracted from document date.
   
   
   
   

Example of Manual Mapping:

1. Single click in the tags lookup for add tag to appear
   
   
   
   
2. Search for relevant system tags by entering the first three letters. Select and add the desired tag from the search results
   
   
   
   
3. Delete system tags added manually
   
   

VMR users can view system tags on documents automated under Classified, Ready, and Error statuses. The feature that displays document automation statuses is accessible via the main dashboard under "Human in the Loop."
