How do I manually map to VMR entity code/entity name?

Resolution

1. Navigate to the VMR dashboard and locate documents flagged as errors
   
   
2. Open the PDF file
   
3. Check if the "addressee" (entity name) is extracted under extraction details
4. If not, refer to the entity code or entity name under update details, then search for the same entity in the lookup displayed as the addressee on the source document
5. Select the corresponding entity name found in the lookup and click save
   

Once saved, the file will be set to manually matched and placed in the 'Ready' menu.
