The raw data extracted from the PDF, as shown in the screenshot below, is "30 June 2023." In this case, the document date logic for the reporting period end date is applied in VMR. The raw data is then automatically matched to the Document Date, Financial Year, and System Tags.
Example: Buy Confirmation > Supported Model
The raw data extracted from the PDF, as shown in the screenshot below, is "05/04/2024." In this case, the document date logic for the trade date is applied in VMR. The raw data is then automatically matched to the Document Date, Financial Year, and System Tags.
Example: Other Statements > Unsupported Model
The raw data extracted from the PDF, as shown in the screenshot below, is "17/12/2023." In this case, the document date logic of first date is applied in VMR. The raw data is then automatically matched to the Document Date, Financial Year, and System Tags. The user in VMR can change the document type from Other Statements to specific document type by searching different document types within "Change to" PDF grid as shown in the subsequent screenshot.
Note: Users can update the Document Date and Financial Year directly within the VMR user interface. When documents are published to Class fund documents, the Financial Year is added as a source tag, and the Document Date from VMR is pushed to the Document Date field in Class DMS.
