- Property Document Tagging: Class Property Code and Property Name are now searchable fields, supporting automatic tagging of property documents to the correct account in Class.
- Distribution statement: Class Unlisted Investments Code are now searchable fields, supporting manual mapping of distribution documents to the correct unlisted investment account holding in Class.
Enhancements
- Manual tags: Search input now clears automatically after a tag is selected, allowing for faster consecutive searches.
- Manual Date entry: You can now type dates directly into date fields within the Human-In-The-Loop (HITL) section. VMR auto-formats entries like 01/07/2025 or 01-07-2025 into standard date format.
- Expanded Manual File Size: Bulk uploads now support a total size of up to 300 MB per upload, including individual files up to 100 MB, an increase from the previous 10 MB limit.
-
Model Retraining Completed: Improved data capture for partially automated document types:
- Buy Confirmation
- Holding/Transaction Statement
- WRAP Combined Tax Statement
- SMSF Financial Statement & Tax Return
- Request to Adjust Concessional Contributions
- ATO Trustee Declaration
Other Updates
- Documents Retention Policy: All files, metadata, and Personally Identifiable Information (PII) in Document Classification, Human-In-The-Loop (HITL), and Alerts will be automatically deleted 90 days after upload in accordance with our Privacy Policy and data protection standards. This ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and safeguards sensitive information.
The Alerts feature in VMR allows administrators to proactively review documents scheduled for deletion, whether within 5 days, 15 days, or across the full retention window, via a hyperlink. This ensures that documents and associated metadata can be exported before deletion, helping prevent the loss of unpublished content.
