New Features
Signature Detection
VMR now automatically identifies the pages in a document that contain signatures. This helps administrators to quickly confirm whether a document is fully or partially executed during bulk review and publishing.
New addition of supported document types:
- Pension Commutation
Member Extraction
VMR now extracts member information and maps each member to the correct fund in Class for:
- Member Insurance Policy
- Request to Adjust Concessional Contributions
This reduces manual lookup effort and ensures greater accuracy when processing member specific documents.
Enhancements
VMR’s Human‑in‑the‑Loop (HITL) logic has been enhanced to more accurately assess document readiness across all automated document types, with document statuses now reflecting classification accuracy as well as the completeness and confidence of extracted data, ensuring appropriate human review and reducing the risk of incorrect automated processing.
- Member Dropdown now displays the complete list of all active members in a fund when manually selecting a member for document types that do not yet support automatic extraction.
-
PDF display issue where, in some cases, PDFs could appear blank or render incorrectly when opened in the PDF Grid unless the page size was manually adjusted. This issue was introduced following the performance upgrade in January release and has now been fixed in the February release.
