Document Date Highlighting

VMR now highlights more data points on source documents, making it faster for reviewers to locate, and confirm that automation has captured the correct information.

New addition highlighted fields:

• Entity name
• Financial year
• Member name
• Property address

Market Valuation Document type

VMR now maps accounts, extracts and tags data from Market Valuation documents automatically, cutting down manual lookup work, particularly during year end when large volumes of valuation documents come through.

Supported for:

• ASX listed security holdings
• Managed funds with APIR codes
• Real properties
• Unlisted Investment holdings

LRBA Loan Agreement Document type

VMR now automatically classifies Loan Agreement documents relating to Limited Recourse Borrowing Arrangements (LRBAs), for both residential and commercial properties.

Documents are mapped to the correct property code in Class using the property address, as well as detects whether the agreement has been signed.

Fixes

Incorrect "Published" status in the Loaded menu

Documents still in Queued status were previously showing an incorrect "Published" message in the Loaded menu. This has been resolved.

Other Updates

The list of supported document types has been updated.
