New Features
Document Date Highlighting
Key dates are now automatically highlighted within documents processed by VMR. This makes it easier for administrators to quickly identify important dates during review and verification, reducing manual scanning time.
Class Business level activation
VMR can now be activated at the Class business level, allowing Class Access controllers to enable and manage VMR consistently across an entire business rather than on an individual basis.
Automated VMR Users Sync to Class Business
Users are now automatically synchronised from the Class business into VMR. This ensures user access in VMR remains up to date as team members with business level Read/Write are added or removed in Class, with no manual intervention required.
Enhancements
Human‑in‑the‑Loop (HITL) fields are now locked once a document is exported. This prevents unintended changes after export and supports stronger data integrity and audit outcomes.
Fixes
Tax File Number (TFN) redaction on document type “Notice of Intent to claim” has been resolved.
Other Updates
The list of supported document types has been updated.
