Individual and Bulk Document View/Edit

Work through a batch of documents faster, without returning to the document list after each one.
Select multiple documents in the Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) review queue, in any status (Errors, Concerns or Ready), then choose View/Edit. Each document opens with the data panel alongside it, ready for review.
Review and/or update the fields for each document, then use the toggle to move to the next document in your selected batch.
To look at a document without editing it, open it without choosing View/Edit. The document displays without the data panel.

Individual and Bulk Document Download

Save copies of documents to your computer in one step, whether you need a single document or a whole batch.
Select one document or bulk select several, then click Download. The documents save as a zip file to your computer’s downloads folder.

In-App Help and Onboarding

New VMR users can get started, find help and share ideas without leaving VMR.
Select the help icon in the top right corner, next to Log out, to access:
- Guided walkthrough: step-by-step navigation that helps new users find their way around VMR.
- Help Centre articles and system status: find answers to common questions and check VMR system status updates.
- Ideas portal: suggest improvements and share feedback with the VMR team.

Clear Field Status indicators

New ‘Traffic Light’ indicators for extracted fields provide clear guidance and supports rapid decision-making regarding which extracted fields you can rely on and which need checking.
When you open a document, each field in the right-hand panel shows a colour-coded status (green, orange, red), giving you quicker, more intuitive visual cue on which fields requiring review.
Each document also shows a completion rate: the percentage of its relevant fields that have been identified or mapped. For example, 3 of 4 fields gives 75%. Only fields that apply to that document type are counted.
To improve user experience and in response to user feedback, the field status has been removed from the table columns and now only appears in the document panel, making the table easier to read quickly and accurately.

Faster Document Processing

Documents are now processed and ready for review sooner as a result of configuration changes to VMR’s deployment for greater scale and in readiness for increasing document volumes.

Market Valuation Document Status

Some Market Valuation documents were incorrectly flagged as Concerns that required review when in fact, they were correctly classified. They now move to ‘Ready to Publish’ and have a green tick indicator.
Some Market Valuation documents for funds were not mapping to the correct APIR code, they now map accurately.

Tax Statement Sub-categories

Tax Statements of Managed Funds, Stapled Securities and mFunds were not consistently identified, affecting the system tags applied when documents were published to your document management system. Sub-categories are now identified consistently, and the correct tags are included when the document is published.

LRBA Loan Statement Classification

LRBA Loan Statements were being classified as LRBA Loan Agreements. LRBA Loan Statements aren’t a supported document type, so they’re now classified as Other, keeping them separate from your loan agreements.
