Overview and timeline
BT closed all Asgard accounts and migrated all non‑cash holdings in‑specie to the BT Panorama platform during the weekend of 21–22 March 2026.
Changes to your Asgard feeds
For Asgard accounts active at the time of migration, the following changes were made:
- Changed the existing product label to BT Panorama
- Updated the account number to the new BT Panorama account number
- Set the feed status to Manually Imported
What you need to do
1. Add the BT Panorama Adviser Code
Add the BT Panorama Adviser Code in the Business Contact, under the Authorities tab
For detailed instructions, refer to this help article
2. Change the Feed Status and Link the Adviser
- Change the feed status from Manually Imported to Use Automated Feed
- Set the Authorisation Type to Third Party (Adviser)
- Link the adviser added in Step 1
- Click Save
3. Unlink the Old Bank Account
The cash account linked to the Asgard Wrap feed will close as part of the migration.
BT requires positive consent to transfer any remaining cash balance to the new Panorama cash account.
- If consent is received, BT will transfer the balance to the new Panorama cash account. Please refer to Post Activation Check section at the bottom of the page.
- If consent is not received, BT will transfer the balance to the bank account originally nominated on the Asgard account.
- If the existing Asgard cash account was set as the Default Bank Account, first consider whether there are any pending ATO or rollover payments yet to be received.
If required, update the default bank account for ATO refunds via the Tax Agent Portal.
4. Create and Link a New Bank Account
- Create a new bank account for the BT Panorama cash account
- Link this bank account via the Feed Setup screen
- A BSB and account number are not required unless the account will operate as the fund’s default bank account
Data Feed Activation
Once all steps are completed, the data feed should activate within 24 hours.
