Configuration Process
Navigate to Fund Level > Feeds > Feeds Console > + New > New Broker/Platform Feed
- Enter the account information as per the statement:
Field Name Field Description Example Account number This is the BT Panorama account number.

Product Set to "BT Panorama"
BT Panorama - Ensure that you link existing holding accounts to this account under the Holding Accounts section by ticking each checkbox.
- (Important) If the account does not use SMA ensure the Managed Account field for the cash account is blank. If it contains SMAs, please contact Class support before enabling the feed.
If all accounts are not linked the system will create duplicate accounts for each existing holding that was not linked. The resulting duplication can be challenging to correct.

Adviser Authority Process
- Generate the authority form by clicking the "Generate" button.
- Print the Authority Form. Arrange for the account holder to fill in the date, name and signature with wet-ink on the form.
- Upload the signed authority form in Class by clicking the "Upload" button. The status of the feed will update to "Waiting on Provider."
- Send the original signed form to:

- Send an email to the adviser using the following text:
Dear <INSERT ADVISER’S NAME>
Can you please Setup the following accounts for the Class data feed:
Account Name Account Number ................... ..........................
Once complete, could you please advise via return email, supply us with your adviser code for BT Panorama?

- Change the status of the feed to "Waiting on Provider."
- Add an adviser code per How to enter Adviser Authorities in Class using the adviser code.
1. You can expect data to load automatically within ten business days.
2. Authority forms dated 90 days after signing are not accepted by the provider. Please upload a newly signed form.
Additional Information
- Please note that this provider doesn't accept digitally signed forms.
- Please note that during 2021, BT has progressively migrated all BT Wrap accounts to BT Panorama. The Provider did not migrate historical transactions so if you are enabling a Panorama account which was formerly a BT Wrap account then history will be restricted to transactions post-migration.
- The feed supports separately managed account (SMA) transactions. This feature is available on request when your Business requests the functionality be switched on by Class. If you wish to receive SMA transactions, please have an Access Controller log a support ticket.
- Please refer to BT CMA Saver for standalone cash accounts.
