So that you know, this Provider is rejecting authority forms dated more than three months before being submitted. Please ensure you upload the signed authority form to Class as soon as possible after you get it.
This feed also supports other Macquarie "white labelled" products.
The feed supports separately managed account (SMA) transactions. This feature is available upon request when your business requests the functionality to be switched on by class. Please have an Access Controller log a support ticket to receive SMA transactions.
Configuration Process
Navigate to Fund Level > Feeds > Feeds Console > + New > New Broker/Platform Feed
- Enter the account information as per the statement:

- Please make sure that you link existing holding accounts relating to this account under the Holding Accounts section by ticking each checkbox.
If all accounts are not linked, the system will create duplicate accounts for each existing holding that was not linked. The resulting duplication can be challenging to correct.

In the Data Source section, click the "Generate" button. Class will generate the authority form.

Print the Authority Form and arrange for the account holder to fill in the form's date, name and signature. Send the Terms and conditions and the authority form to the account holder. .Please ignore the request from Macquarie -Please attach a copy of the account holder(s) Driver’s Licence or passport. Requesting such documents is contrary to Class privacy and security policy

Click the "Upload" button to upload the authority form. The status of the feed will update to "Waiting on Provider."

Please don't send the authority form to the provider directly. Class will automatically forward the form to Macquarie once the Authority Form is uploaded.
- The Macquarie Adviser should log into the website and generate an ESI key. Please take a look at Adviser or Other 3rd Party Authority for more details.
- Under Configuration set up in Class, select the adviser from the drop-down.
If the adviser still needs to be entered, you can refer to How to enter Adviser Authorities in Class to add the adviser details.
- Change the status to "Waiting on Provider."

1. You can expect your data to start loading within ten business days
2. Just so you know, this provider accepts digitally signed forms; if using one of the following accepted digital formats, A certificate of compliance with a documented trail of the request coming from the client's e-mail address is required to attach with the Authority Form.

3. Upon receiving digitally signed requests with the COC attached, Macquarie tend to follow up with the account holders and email them to call Macquarie to confirm the request verbally. The case is closed if the client does not call through, and Macquarie doesn't authorise the feed. Please make sure to ask your clients to keep an eye on any request from the Macquarie activation team.
