Lodgment error CMN.ATO.AUTH.011. A link between your client and your agent number does not exist.
The superannuation fund has not been linked with the tax agent in the ATO portal.
Navigate to the ATO portal and check:
- The client has been added under the tax agent who is loading the return
- The ABN recorded in the annual return in Class matches the ABN recorded in the ATO portal. This might be very rare but if the ABN is not matching then the tax return will fail to lodge.
