What do clients see when I send them a message on Client Messaging?

Resolution

• When your client logs into Client View using web browser (client.class.com.au) on a PC, they will see a new Messages menu on the far right (along with a bubble showing the number of unread messages).
  
  
  
  
• On a Smartphone, they will see an icon with an unread count in the top right hand corner
  
  
  

The bubble colour will be whatever has been defined as your white label highlight colour.

• Clicking on the messages menu item will display the following:
• Desktop View
  
  
  
  
• Smartphone View (Using internet web browser)
