How do I turn on Client Messaging for my business?
Resolution
Client messaging can only be turned on if you are using Class' client view client portal. By default, client messaging is turned off.
To turn it on,
Navigating to Business Level > Settings > Client Access
- Set Enable messaging to Members/Trustees to Enable
- Click on Save.
On this screen you can also set either one of your Access Controllers or Class Administrators to be the 'Admin notification recipient'. This means every time one of your clients responds to a Class message, the nominated person will receive an email notification.
