How can I enter the relevant Business Default SuperStream provider?
Background
All funds on Class by default are automatically registered with a Superstream Eligible Service Address (ESA) with SMSF DataFlow.
The primary advantages of using SMSF DataFlow are:
- All Employer contribution data will be automatically loaded into the fund
- The service is free of charge
Resolution
Scenario 1. If you wish for the funds in your Business to use SMSF DataFlow for all or most of your funds
You do not need to do anything other than send out the SuperStream ESA Notification letter to the trustees.
If some of your funds have elected to use a different provider for their ESA, then the Business default can be overridden at a Fund Level.
Scenario 2. If you do wish to use an alternative provider then:
Navigate to Business Level > Settings > Integration
- Click on Integration Settings
- Click on the SuperStream Provider drop-down box and select the relevant provider
Changing from SMSF DataFlow will opt your business and your clients out of the solution. All messages received by SMSF DataFlow will be rejected where another solution has been selected.
