How can I track messages across all my clients?
Navigate to Business level > Business > Message Console
We have created a Message Console, which shows all messages across all your clients in your business. By default, only messages with a status of Response Required are shown, so it’s quick and easy to go through all new messages and send replies or set them to 'Complete' as required. It is possible to change the status to show all messages, messages that have been sent and awaiting a response or completed only.
